Communicationdon’t order straight from the brand — use a retailer. I ordered about three weeks ago, payment went through and then... silence. No shipping update, no meaningful replies from customer support, and nothing from their courier partner. I tried calling and emailing multiple times over two weeks, with no useful answer, so I opened a chargeback with my card. A bit annoying, honestly. I had positive expectations — their products look good — but I can’t say anything about the item itself since I never got it. Next time I’ll buy through a store.
Only half the Sleepi turned up
Only half the Sleepi turned up
DeliveryI ordered a Sleepi late December because we wanted a snug, safer sleep space for our newborn and honestly because my back can't handle awkward nights on the couch. A mattress protector and sheet arrived, nice enough, but the cot and mattress never shipped. I filled the contact form and heard nothing back — no phone number either, which is annoying. I'm heading out of the country until Feb 9 and asked them to hold shipment until I return to Portugal; fingers crossed they do it. I'm glad some pieces arrived and it looks nice, but communication needs work.
CloudSleeper — comfy but clunky

Productfolding guides help a bit but the plug keeps popping in while you try to roll the air out, and the zippers feel a touch fragile. A stuff-sack-style inflation or a small battery pump (like Nemo’s or a cheap cordless) would’ve been smarter. Still, it’s comfy and low-profile; not perfect, but for car camping it works fine.
Weird checkout but decent support
Weird checkout but decent support
Checkoutpaid with Apple Pay and there was barely any order info, no shipping address prompt — I was honestly panicked. I needed replacement gliders for my Stokke Tripp Trapp because the chair felt wobbly and my lower back was starting to complain, and I wanted it fixed quick. Then the email came with shipment details and Stokke got in touch pretty fast, which eased my nerves. I ended up returning two bits that didn’t fit and I’m hoping the refund clears soon. All in all I’m relieved it didn’t turn into a disaster, still a bit baffled by the checkout flow, but customer service handled things well so I’m grateful. I'll update later if the refund takes longer though
The folding saga
The folding saga
ProductI cannot fold it easily. I’ve wrestled with it solo in parking lots, once even with a toddler in one arm, and ended up looking like I was trying to fold a small tent. Strangers tried to help and we all failed gracefully. Also, my baby keeps ending up slightly tilted to one side; not dramatically every time, but often enough to be annoying and a little worrying. Some bits are decent — quiet wheels, light frame — so it’s not a total disaster, just poorly thought through where it counts. At this price I expected better. If you want something that actually folds without a scene, look elsewhere. But if you like the look and don’t mind the fuss, it can work — just be ready to practise folding in private.
