Weird checkout but decent support

paid with Apple Pay and there was barely any order info, no shipping address prompt — I was honestly panicked. I needed replacement gliders for my Stokke Tripp Trapp because the chair felt wobbly and my lower back was starting to complain, and I wanted it fixed quick. Then the email came with shipment details and Stokke got in touch pretty fast, which eased my nerves. I ended up returning two bits that didn’t fit and I’m hoping the refund clears soon. All in all I’m relieved it didn’t turn into a disaster, still a bit baffled by the checkout flow, but customer service handled things well so I’m grateful. I'll update later if the refund takes longer though
