App & PortalI went to pick up some school supplies at Staples and I thought it would be easy peasy. But oh man, their website is acting up big time! It keeps freezing and cutting out, like why can't it just run smoothly? I tried to order my pens and paper, but it was a total disaster. And then I realized there are actually TWO separate Canadian websites, like seriously? So confusing and annoying. The American site is awesome, but the Canadian ones are a total mess. Come on, Staples, please get it together!

App & PortalMy experience with this company hasn't been great. Every time I go to the store, there are new staff who don't know much about the products. I always seem to find that things I need, like printer ink, are out of stock. Trying to order online is a hassle because the login, ordering, and tracking don't work right. They don't even give you an order number for guest orders and making an account is a nightmare. Overall, dealing with this company has been super disappointing.
