    Office supplies purchase

    I bought some office supplies at this store not too long ago and man, the customer service was brutal. The employees were cold and not helpful at all. Plus, the whole product warranty thing was a mess - super confusing and misleading. They sent me to their website, which was a pain to figure out, and then I had to call a number to actually claim the warranty within a certain time limit. It was so frustrating and left me feeling really let down by my purchase.

    So I went to Staples to return something I bought from Amazon, eh? And like, they made it so complicated. First, I had to print a return label from the internet and put it on the box. Then, when I got to Staples, they told me I had to tape up the box before they could take it back. But get this, they wanted to charge me $1.99 for just TWO feet of tape, eh! I was like, NO WAY! I just bought a whole roll of tape for the same price. And then they were offering me scissors to cut the tape, but I was so paranoid they would charge me extra for that too. Like, what a weird experience, eh.

    So, I bought some office supplies from Staples not too long ago, and man, let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. I placed my order and they said it would be here by a certain date. Well, everything showed up except for this one super important item that I needed right away. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they weren't much help at all. The delivery guy said that was all he had, and the customer service folks couldn't even figure out where my missing item was. They said they'd check it out and get back to me in 3 business days, which was just not gonna cut it with the deadline looming. Their lack of urgency and inability to solve the problem had me beyond frustrated. Even when I asked to talk to a manager, it didn't do any good - all they did was apologize without fixing anything. I suggested they send out a replacement item with same-day delivery, like other companies do, but they said no dice. Their lack of flexibility and problem-solving skills really didn't sit well with me. And on top of all that, they didn't even offer me a refund or credit for the trouble. So, I had to scramble to find another way to get what I needed, and let me tell you, I'm definitely reconsidering ordering from them again.

    Don't bother buying online from this company, eh. Their customer service is basically useless and trying to get a hold of them about your order is a total nightmare. You can't even leave a message, let alone talk to a real person. I've got a bunch of orders stuck in limbo because I can't even track them on their website. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else to shop, seriously.

Even though she was the only one working and had a bunch of customers to deal with, she managed to help me out right away. She was super patient and had a really positive attitude, which made my trip to the store a really nice one.

    The courier service in the back of the store is not very good. The staff doesn't seem to know how to treat customers properly, with one of them straight up ignoring us and not being very professional. I had my own problem when a package wasn't labeled correctly, causing some delivery issues. It's just not acceptable and makes the whole store look bad.

    Order for pickup of office supplies.

    I ordered some office supplies on their website to pick up. A Staples employee gave me a call to say sorry since they only had a display left. They mentioned I would receive a 10-15% discount for the trouble. But when I got to the store, they only gave me a 5% discount and couldn't keep their promise from the phone call. Such bad service and communication!

    Same day printing order

    I recently ordered some printing to get done on the same day at this place, because that's what the website said. Instead, every time I do that, they treat it like a regular order and it takes 3-5 business days. What's the point of saying they can do same day printing if they don't follow through? Sometimes when I check in a few days later, my file hasn't even been set up for printing. This inconsistency is really frustrating. If they offer same day printing on the website, they should make it happen. This keeps happening, not just once. They always say they'll talk to HR, but who knows if anything will change. The service here has really gone downhill and it's disappointing.

    I went to pick up some school supplies at Staples and I thought it would be easy peasy. But oh man, their website is acting up big time! It keeps freezing and cutting out, like why can't it just run smoothly? I tried to order my pens and paper, but it was a total disaster. And then I realized there are actually TWO separate Canadian websites, like seriously? So confusing and annoying. The American site is awesome, but the Canadian ones are a total mess. Come on, Staples, please get it together!

    Coloured Printer Purchase

    As a small business owner, eh, I recently bought a coloured printer from this store because of their terrible customer service at the copy and print counter. Every time I needed help, it was always a struggle to get any assistance. The copy machines were constantly breaking down, and the staff didn't seem to care about helping at all. The prices were too high, and I didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth. So, I ended up getting my own coloured printer just to avoid dealing with their unhelpful attitude, eh.

    I bought a bookbag set from this store and it fell apart after only a month of using it. I tried to return it because it was still under warranty, but they said it was past the 30-day return period. I reached out to the manufacturer, but they never responded. When I went back to the store, they basically said tough luck. I won't be buying anything from there again.

    Staples in Okotoks, Alberta is really great for their amazing customer service. The staff is super friendly and they always go above and beyond to make sure all your business needs are taken care of. The managers and team members are really knowledgeable, helpful, and they genuinely care about making sure customers have a great experience. I was especially impressed by the wireless consultant who provided me with really helpful information when I renewed my cell phone plan. The store was clean and well-organized, which made shopping there really enjoyable. Thanks a lot, Staples, for going above and beyond to help with all of my business needs.

    Laptop accidental coverage

    Do yourself a favour and always double-check any warranty or protection plan that Staples tries to sell you. I made the mistake of buying accidental damage coverage for my laptop, just to realize later that the manufacturer already offers that for free. The person at the store didn't tell me about this, so I ended up paying for a protection plan that I didn't need and couldn't get a refund for. It's annoying to feel like I was tricked and taken advantage of like that. So, make sure to do your homework and don't get sucked into buying extras that you might already be covered for.

    I just got a new laptop from Staples. Everything went well and I was happy with what I got. But, the email they sent me didn't match what I actually bought.     Scanning service

    I went to the store the other day to scan some important documents to email out. Turns out they wanted to charge me 75 cents per page if I did it myself, and even more if I wanted them to do it. The total cost would have been about $180, which I thought was way too much. So, I went to the public library instead, where I could scan my papers for free. I suggest going to the library for scanning lots of papers instead of shelling out big bucks at the store.

    Printing services disappointment

    So, I went to the store to get some stuff printed and Amanda, the manager, was really unprofessional. She blamed my paper for messing up the printer and told me to go somewhere else for my copies. Another employee later said it was my paper that caused the problem. Amanda's attitude and how she handled the situation was not cool at all. Workers, especially managers, should know how to deal with these things in a better way. I left feeling annoyed and disrespected with how I was treated during my visit.

    I called Staples to change my email address because it got HACKED (so scary, right?). The person on the phone couldn't help me! I asked for a supervisor, and then this guy answered, but he was eating while talking! He mumbled something, and when I asked him to repeat, he just said there was nothing he could do. So unprofessional! I've been a loyal customer for so long, but if this is how a Canadian company treats its customers, I'll shop elsewhere. Bye, Staples!

    Order of printer ink cartridges

    I can never rely on Staples for delivery times. Seems like every time I place an order, I end up getting an email about a delay. That's why I usually just go with Amazon, but decided to give Staples another chance. And once again, they let me down. Staples is a letdown no matter if you shop in-store or online. Guess I'll be sticking to Amazon from now on!
