Trackingproduct itself was fine. Packaging okay. Then I checked the tracking and the site claimed everything was delivered, which wasn't true. Only part of my order was in the box. I spent ages trying to report it; the site has no clear complaint form and the phone put me on hold then asked for a message. Annoying. I emailed. Slow reply, but they did send the missing items after a week. Not perfect, but it ended up working out.
