Returns & RefundsI got this pen for our puppy and the whole thing felt off. Ordered, got a shipping notice from Singapore then nothing for almost a month. When the box arrived it was a pile of cheap, mismatched pieces — not a solid playpen; I wouldn't trust a pup or a toddler in it. Asked for a refund and they said no because it wasn't damaged, so I lost about $89. They list offices in Texas, Utah and California on the site, which seemed odd. Customer support wasn't helpful. Kind of a sour experience.
