ProductI remember the exact moment I knew I was happy — day three of moving, sore back and stiff shoulders, I threw on one of their long-sleeve tees and instantly relaxed. I’m picky about fabric, hate scratchy stuff, so Splendid has been my go-to. Caught the ‘now or never’ sale online, ordered quick, arrived exactly as pictured. The tees are soft, hold their shape in the wash and the colours don’t fade. And the flexible underwire t-shirt bras? Bought one in every colour because they’re the most comfortable bra I’ve tried — supportive, soft, well made.

Not perfect — the whole thing felt messy and communication was weak — but it worked in the end. I’ve had smoother fixes at smaller shops, though; still, I’d go back if it’s handled like that.

I ordered three shirts and paid extra for expedited shipping because I needed them sooner, and only one box showed up. I was a bit on the fence before buying — read a few mixed reviews elsewhere — but figured paying for faster shipping would mean fewer issues. Not the case. Customer service replied saying each shirt was sent in a separate package and that two arrived minutes apart. That made no sense to me; why would FedEx leave one at the door and stash the other somewhere else? I live in a gated, fairly private neighbourhood, so it’s not like packages get tossed around. They also warned that if I open a dispute and FedEx can’t find the parcels I wouldn’t be eligible for a refund. That felt like pressure more than help. I emailed back asking for exact tracking info and proof of delivery from the carriers, and after a couple messages I’ve heard nothing. If the other packages don’t appear in a day or two I’ll be calling my bank — not how I wanted to spend my week. Bit disappointed, honestly.

I did ask customer service about returning it since it was late for the birthday and they weren’t flexible — that part was annoying and felt cold. Still, the item itself exceeded my doubts, so I’m happy I ordered. I’ll shop again but I’ll plan for slow shipping next time.

But the order process was clunky; I put her address in for shipping and somehow the site switched it back to my billing address the moment I bought it. I called right away and was told nothing could be changed. Then only the top arrived and the rest was refunded without telling me; if I want the pants I’d have to reorder. So yeah, quality is okay and it’s practical, but the service and fulfillment fell short. Not the worst, but annoying.

DeliveryI won’t order with them again. That’s my conclusion up front. My package was marked delivered by FedEx SmartPost, but I never received it. I live in an area where deliveries normally come with photos or clear tracking. Customer support was pretty useless. They basically told me to "search the community", which is not helpful and honestly kind of lazy. I’ve had problems with other companies before, but usually they actually help investigate or offer a refund. Here I was left to chase down a missing parcel on my own. It felt like they passed the issue back to me. I’m annoyed and tired. They use very cheap shipping and don’t seem to care about reliable tracking. I paid for the item and expect them to fix it. This whole thing created needless stress and took time I don’t have, especially in 2025.
