Started hopeful, used for morning commute; packaging fine, still no follow-through.

I just talked to a customer service rep about some account trouble I was having. They knew their stuff and were super helpful in fixing things up quick. I was really impressed with how professional they were and how they went out of their way to help me out. All in all, it was a good experience and I'm happy with the service I got.

I contacted the customer service team a few times with some ideas and issues I had about the website and app. The last problem I had was not receiving a reward after completing a challenge, but they fixed it really fast. They replied to my emails, and we had a bit of a back and forth, but in the end, everything got sorted out. It was great!

So, like, the other day, my account got hacked and someone took my cards and sold them without me even knowing! I was freaking out, so I contacted support for help, and they were amazing. They got back to me super quick, gave me the steps to secure my account, and even helped me get back some of my cards. I think having a "panic button" or hotline for emergencies like this would be a game-changer for users going through the same thing. Honestly, I was really impressed with how they supported me through such a stressful situation.

Kevin, the guy at the company, really went all out to help me with all my questions. I hit him with so many, but he always answered so nicely and with a positive attitude. It's great to see folks like him who are so dedicated and helpful in the community.
