I first spotted this on a streamer, thought I'd try it and told a buddy to jump in. At first it was fine, but digital purchases feel like they vanish and support replies are slow — like, slow. Delivery of bought items was hit-or-miss and I kept topping my roster only to see updates nerf things. I'm closing my account.

it freezes, crashes, and stuff you buy shows up late or acts like it never arrived. Customer service was the worst part — slow replies, copy-paste answers, and no real help when I asked about stuck trades. I put a few hundred in thinking I could at least recoup some cash, but selling cards is a headache and you basically get peanuts back, or a tiny coupon for something you still have to pay for. Delivery of purchases and confirmations was unpredictable, so you’re always second-guessing if the transaction even went through. I still like the idea, and yeah it made me a bit sad — could’ve been great — but until they fix delivery and actually support customers, I wouldn’t recommend it.
