Weird ride, glad I quit

Overall

I remember sitting at my kitchen table after a long day, scrolling through the app and thinking, nope — I'm done. I found Sorare because a buddy sent me a link a few months back and I even tipped my cousin to try it. At first it was fun. I bought a few players, got arena tickets, won matches, it felt rewarding. Wins came often. Then things flipped. Over a run I lost 16 matches in a row using the tickets that were supposed to help. I stayed stuck in level 4 for seven straight weeks and that’s when the frustration hit. The app kept nudging me to buy cards from the market — “buy to keep playing” — so I did. Didn’t change a thing. Promotions didn’t come. My cards wouldn’t sell either; crickets when I listed them. Meanwhile I saw plenty of other listings moving. Felt sketchy, like bots or weird seller behaviour. Support was slow and didn’t really fix anything. Not saying it’s a total scam, but it felt rigged enough to be annoying. The moment I actually felt satisfied was weirdly when I deleted my account. Relief, honestly. Relief from the guessing, relief from spending time on something inconsistent. There were good parts — early matches were fun, interface is clean — but the market and match outcomes left too many questions for me.

Small win, nice surprise

Overall

some of the extras included were more useful than I thought — little touches that made setup smoother. That’s the kind of thing I appreciate. Overall I’m positive and still invested. If you care about delivery and decent service, they’re doing better than a lot of places. I’d recommend giving them a try and reaching out to support if something’s off — they often help, and sometimes they surprise you in a good way.
