Was doubtful, needed help after a messy install; replies quick, actually simplified things.

Started out kinda unsure if I'd get help or just canned replies, honestly. I reached out right after ordering and used it the next day — first impression was cautious but pleasantly surprised. They stuck with me, answered the odd question, and changed my mind. Still minor glitches, but overall relieved and happy I went ahead.

support is glacial, you open a ticket and wait days, no back-and-forth chat so it’s annoying when something’s wrong. Still, I keep coming back, so clearly it does what I need most nights.

Then, finally, a helpful agent did get back and offered a partial refund plus a note to tighten their offer confirmation flow. That ping in my inbox — that moment I realized someone was actually helping — was such a relief. I'm glad it ended better than it started. If you're using the site, double-check before you hit accept, and don't be shy to push support if it takes awhile. I'd like quicker response times, but happy they at least fixed it in the end.

I gotta say, the customer service team was really dependable and helpful. It might take a few back-and-forths to figure things out, but they always come up with good solutions and fix the problem effectively. I had to contact customer service four times, and every time they welcomed me warmly and gave me the help I needed. It's obvious that they care about making customers happy and they really go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience.

I found the support team to be really devoted and helpful when I needed help with players. But sometimes they took a bit too long to get back to me, and some of my questions were left unanswered. Overall, my experience was pretty good, but they could definitely work on communicating faster.
