Returns & RefundsI had doubts before signing up — thought it could be okay, maybe worth a shot. Those doubts didn't go away. They kept my payouts citing any small excuse, allowed only a passport upload, and communication is all bot. Oddly the interface is slick, but that doesn't fix no real support, not at all.

Returns & Refundsgo to your bank and ask for a refund — it worked for me. I came to that conclusion quick. The new "essence" setup basically turned things into a gamble. You hand over essence, you forfeit it, and then you get a random card. Most of the time it's the dregs. The good stuff? Seems to land with their inner circle or friends. Sketchy, honestly. I tried customer support, I tried staying calm, I tried twice over a month — same pattern. One helpful bank rep sorted a refund, different rep, different rules, but hey, it was enough to fix my immediate loss. My tip: keep screenshots, call your bank early, and don’t assume this is a fair trade. I wish they’d just be transparent and stop dressing up a random draw as a loyalty mechanic. A bit of humour helps — laugh now, save your essence later — but I'm not playing that roulette anymore.

Returns & Refunds
the actual items (digital cards) arrive quickly, but everything around them feels like a separate, fiddly system. Buying a card is instant most of the time and it shows up in your account right away, which is nice. But moving money in and out? That’s where the friction lives. Withdrawals take longer than I thought they would, and there’s a flat fee that eats into your returns more than you’d expect. I got my first payout after a week of back-and-forth, and the final amount was noticeably smaller thanks to fees at multiple stages. It works, sure, but it’s not seamless.
Customer service is okay but inconsistent. I opened a ticket when a transaction hung and got an automated reply fast, then a human follow-up a few days later. The person I eventually chatted with was pleasant and tried to explain the fee structure, but there’s a lot of boilerplate language and it didn’t entirely match what I saw in my account. I appreciated the polite tone and that someone actually answered, but the resolution was slow and left me needing to double-check things myself. So: responsive but not reassuring.
I also want to say the platform doesn’t hide its marketplace nature — the best stuff costs real money and the free or entry-level options don’t let you compete seriously. The scoring rules feel changeable and a bit opaque (I found myself guessing why certain players scored high or low). That made the whole thing feel less like a game and more like watching a market move, which is fine if that’s what you’re after, but not what I expected. My buddy who I tipped ended up quitting after a week because he didn’t like the fees and unpredictability.
Bottom line: if you want fast delivery of digital goods, it mostly does that. If you care about clear, predictable cashouts and straightforward customer support, expect some headaches. It’s functional, sometimes useful, but not polished — and you’ll notice the cost at every step.
