I bought this chair because it looked sturdy and felt comfy from the first sit — really supportive, good padding, I liked the tilt. After a few months the backrest started acting up (a bit loose, not locking properly), which was annoying since I use it daily for work. I contacted support; they were quick to respond and kept me updated, though the replacement took a while because of stock and shipping hiccups. What surprised me was they eventually offered a full replacement instead of making me wait forever for a part — that honestly made the difference. New chair arrived boxed well and is working fine now. I appreciate the clear communication and the patience of the team (they checked in more than once). Stuff happens, but handling it like this wins me over. Overall pretty happy with the chair and the customer care.
