The moment I tweaked the lumbar and armrests I knew it was worth it — the mesh and support really helped during a long slog. Not flawless — a tiny squeak and one trim feels flimsy — but support and quick service made me happy.

I sank into this chair after a 10-hour shift and was surprised — the lumbar support really moves with you, not like those stiff, fake backrests from cheaper brands I tried before. The mesh keeps things airy, and the headrest + 4D arms make fiddling with posture easy. Put together in under 20 minutes, no drama. Feels solid and not like it’ll fall apart in a year. Also, it's surprisingly comfy. Happy I upgraded, would recommend to anyone doing long hours at a desk.

I opened one of the two Sihoo C300 Pro boxes last weekend — the build looked solid and parts like the armrests and lumbar support were actually pretty impressive. After I put it together (took longer than I thought) the mesh folds under me and it’s not comfy for my back, which is a bummer. I emailed support since their return policy said no-questions and free returns, but they sent a bunch of follow-up questions. One chair is still sealed, so I’m ready to send them back, but I worry they’ll make it slow. Still, there are some nice bits.

cushion could be a touch firmer. Overall, glad I bought it.
