I opened one of the two Sihoo C300 Pro boxes last weekend — the build looked solid and parts like the armrests and lumbar support were actually pretty impressive. After I put it together (took longer than I thought) the mesh folds under me and it’s not comfy for my back, which is a bummer. I emailed support since their return policy said no-questions and free returns, but they sent a bunch of follow-up questions. One chair is still sealed, so I’m ready to send them back, but I worry they’ll make it slow. Still, there are some nice bits.

New chair arrived boxed well and is working fine now. I appreciate the clear communication and the patience of the team (they checked in more than once). Stuff happens, but handling it like this wins me over. Overall pretty happy with the chair and the customer care.

vague dates, broken promises, no proactive notice. One detail stood out: they didn’t tell me about the stock problem up front. That made planning impossible. I’m disappointed. Still hoping the chair shows up soon, because I do need it, but I won’t choose this seller next time.
