Returns & RefundsSo, we got this highchair, right? And then the legs broke really fast. We went on their website and filled out the complaint form with all the info and pictures they wanted. We waited for like 3 weeks and got no response. Then they asked for the receipt even though the chair wasn't even 2 years old! Can you believe that? We finally found the receipt and sent it to them, and now they're saying it's not their issue and we should talk to the store where we got the chair. Ugh, terrible customer service.
