CommunicationI bought this U-Pressure Fir Quick Close + product, but guess what? Missing a crucial nut! So frustrating, 'cause now it's all loose and unsafe. I've tried everything to get in touch - emails, Facebook messages, calls, even reaching out to US support - but no luck. Been waiting 12 days now, even though they said they'd respond in 3. Can you believe it? Blaming the pandemic for their lack of customer service and poor communication skills. Tried tweeting their US support too, but they couldn't help with a UK problem. Be careful if you're thinking of buying from them, you might end up with no support if something goes wrong.
