The customer service at this place is amazing, eh! I had a question about a promo code and let me tell ya, they got back to me super quick. It made ordering a piece of cake. And I gotta say, the room photo feature is a total game-changer. It really helps you see how a rug will fit in your own space, ya know?
Expensive rug
I recently splurged on a rug that set me back over $900 from this company. But sadly, when it arrived, I wasn't too thrilled with it. Dealing with their return policy was a letdown. They told me I'd need to shell out almost $200 to send it back, which seemed like a lot on top of what I already paid. I tried to haggle for a lower return fee by sending in multiple requests, and after a ton of back and forth, they finally agreed to drop it down to $110. But even with that change, the whole ordeal left me feeling disappointed and unsure about buying from them again.
