    Replacement hat under guarantee

    I can't believe how long it's taking to get my replacement hat, eh! I've been waiting since July 7th and it's already August 4th, eh! I've emailed them 4 times and tried calling, but no response, eh. Why do I keep getting advertising emails if they can't even respond to my messages, eh?! I used to recommend their products to my friends and golf club members, but now they're all disappointed too, eh. Tilley, you really need to step up your game and take care of your customers, eh.

    Expensive rug

    I recently splurged on a rug that set me back over $900 from this company. But sadly, when it arrived, I wasn't too thrilled with it. Dealing with their return policy was a letdown. They told me I'd need to shell out almost $200 to send it back, which seemed like a lot on top of what I already paid. I tried to haggle for a lower return fee by sending in multiple requests, and after a ton of back and forth, they finally agreed to drop it down to $110. But even with that change, the whole ordeal left me feeling disappointed and unsure about buying from them again.
