Melted logo shirt
I bought a shirt from this store, eh. I wore it once and gave it a wash, then when I ironed it, the logo on it melted, hey. I tried to take it back, but the folks working there weren't very friendly and didn't want to give me a replacement, eh. I do like some of their things, but they gotta be nicer to us customers, for sure.
T-shirt in NZ too expensive compared to the UK
I really like their clothes and I've been buying a lot lately. But I noticed that the same t-shirt is way more expensive in New Zealand than in the UK. It seems like they're trying to rip us off with their prices! I understand there are taxes and all, but seriously, the price difference is just too much. If this is how they're going to set their prices, I won't be purchasing from them anymore!
Boots, lace issue, poor customer service
I bought a pair of boots near the end of last year, and in a few weeks, the laces fell apart. It was a bit of a pain, but I swapped them out for better ones. Then, just last week, one of the lace holders at the top broke off. When I tried to get in touch with customer service on their website, it wouldn't go through. I sent an email to the only address they had listed, but didn't hear anything back. All in all, I was really surprised by how lousy the product was and how terrible the customer service turned out to be.
Military boots with undisclosed "Made in China" label
The military boots I bought were good quality, eh, but I was bummed to find out they were made in China. I paid a premium price, so I was hoping for more transparency about where they came from. I wish they had told me that before I bought them, you know? Still, the boots look well-made and I'm excited to see how they hold up in the long run, eh.
A hoodie and some cool pants
I ordered some clothes online, eh, and I needed some help with the sizing, ya know? But I couldn't find any way to get in touch with them at all! I tried calling, sending emails, even using live chat, but no dice. I'm supposedly a "Gold Member," but that didn't make a difference. I just wanted to know if that hoodie was gonna be too big for me, eh, but now I'll just have to take a shot in the dark. Not cool, guys.
Three shorts ordered, only received two
I recently bought three pairs of shorts online, but when they arrived, only two pairs were in the package. I checked the packing list and saw that it only mentioned two pairs. I was not happy because I paid for three pairs but only got two. When I contacted customer service, they asked me to send a photo of the items I received for their investigation, despite their own list showing one pair was missing. This was really frustrating as a customer. I expect better service and understanding when there are issues, especially if it's the company's fault. I was disappointed with how they handled the situation and the lack of quick solution provided.
Dundedin boots, Chocolate
I just bought a pair of Dundedin boots in Chocolate and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. They fit great, the quality is top-notch, and I love that I can wear them with jeans or trousers. I'm so happy with them that I'm thinking about getting the same boots in different colours too.
