Joggers and blazer
I bought some joggers and a blazer from here not too long ago and man, oh man, I gotta say, I was really impressed! The quality of the stuff was top-notch and it fit me like a dream. The fabric was super soft and cozy, I felt like I was lounging in my PJs all day. The blazer was sleek and stylish, great for going to work or just hanging out. Three shorts ordered, only received two
I recently bought three pairs of shorts online, but when they arrived, only two pairs were in the package. I checked the packing list and saw that it only mentioned two pairs. I was not happy because I paid for three pairs but only got two. When I contacted customer service, they asked me to send a photo of the items I received for their investigation, despite their own list showing one pair was missing. This was really frustrating as a customer. I expect better service and understanding when there are issues, especially if it's the company's fault. I was disappointed with how they handled the situation and the lack of quick solution provided.
