As a customer of your company, I have to say that my experience has been amazing. The DIY craft kits I bought were top-notch and really helped me improve my skills. You can tell that a lot of effort went into designing and creating them. There were so many different subjects to choose from, which was great because it catered to a lot of interests. And the customer support was excellent, they made sure all my questions were answered quickly and professionally.

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to put together the product. The directions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole thing go really smoothly and not a pain at all. I also liked how all the flower parts were packaged together - it made it a lot easier to keep everything organized. The Rose in the Flower Bouquet is a bit tricky, but I'm ready to take on the challenge and see how it turns out!

I had so much fun building the Mechanical Puzzle Model. It was such a cool experience. I did run into a little problem when I didn't push in the gear and converter all the way, which caused a little hiccup and freaked me out for a sec. But once I fixed it, the model worked perfectly. The person I gave it to really adores it, which made the whole thing even better.

As someone who enjoys taking time to put together tiny sets, I was a bit let down when my order arrived. There were too many pre-made pieces in the sets, which took away from the fun of building them from scratch. The detailed Italian espresso maker turned out to be made of plastic, so it felt more like putting together LEGO than making a masterpiece. Plus, having to deal with large pattern sheets that needed glue was disappointing. It would have been more enjoyable if the patterns were stickers instead, making the assembly process neater and more fun.

Building it was really enjoyable, but the manual could've had bigger pictures for the small and fragile pieces. I had one part that had 9 pieces, with 3 of them movable and needing to be lined up just right. The pieces were cut neatly with lasers, making them easy to separate, which was great. But the downside was the long shipping time since it came all the way from China.

I bought a wooden model kit from your store and had a blast putting it together. The instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow until I got to the part where I had to add the lights, especially the chandelier. The directions for the electrical stuff were a bit confusing and caused some issues. But, your customer service was amazing and quickly sent me a new part to replace the faulty one. Even though I had some trouble with the lights, I still had fun building the kit and I'm thinking about trying another one, maybe the greenhouse model.

I bought some wooden model kits from this store and they were really detailed and fun to put together. The instructions were easy to follow and the final products turned out to be like works of art. I've finished a few projects already like a parachute drop, fairground swing ride, ferris wheel, teacup ride, 2 carousels, magic cello with a printing press, and I still need to finish a tram. Each kit was a good challenge and very satisfying, I can't wait to start the next one.

Normally, they come with wax to help the gears move smoothly, but this time there was no wax in any of the boxes. I attempted to use some candle wax instead, but it ended up just crumbling and not working properly. I was feeling a bit disappointed about the whole situation.

I'm really proud to show them off in my home. The attention to detail in these kits is something else, and the finished products look amazing. The customer service was great too when I needed some extra parts. Getting those parts was easy peasy, and the shipping cost was reasonable. I'm already thinking about getting more kits from this company for my next project. I can't wait to see what else they have in store.

The pieces and assembly were really well done, so the project turned out great. I did end up breaking a few of the more delicate pieces while putting it together, but I was glad to have extra pieces just in case. This gift set with the gear mechanism was a total letdown. I got it for a buddy and we wasted so much time trying to get the gears to move correctly, but they just wouldn't cooperate. Even after we tried shining and waxing them like we were told, they still didn't work right. So, we ended up giving up and now we just keep it on as a night light. I was hoping for better quality and performance from this set, but it didn't meet my expectations.
