DeliveryMy DIY wooden puzzle model kit took way longer to arrive than I thought. And when I finally put it together, I noticed some pieces were missing. I contacted customer service and now I'm just waiting for a reply. This was my first time buying from them and I'm not sure if I want to buy again. But I have to say, the quality of the product was pretty good. It was a bummer that there was no glue included in the kit, though.
