I saw the promo on Instagram — a friend actually DM'd me the link, and I thought, hmm, free samples, why not. I hesitated, filled out the form, gave name, address, email, everything. Next day an email said my sample order was cancelled because I used a "non-official" promo site, even though I clicked the link she sent. So yeah, trust shaken. At least I wasn't charged, and that's something to be thankful for, but no samples, no apology, just a nudge to buy full sizes. I wanted to like them, still kind of curious, but mostly annoyed and wary now. I might try customer support once more, but meh.

Canadian brand, dermatologist-led, and customer service came through when a postal strike trapped my order — they resent everything at no cost. If you’re eczema-prone, patch-test first, but honestly give this one a try. Wish they had more travel sizes, though.
