Quietly impressed after the free trial

Product

I’m glad I gave their freebies a shot — I was skeptical at first, but results were quietly convincing. I tried the trial early this year because I have thin, aging skin that still pops with breakouts if I slack on water. The Daily Moisture actually felt right — hydrating without the greasy or reactive mess. Eye-repair is a legit winner, surprised me. Retinol did speed things up, though heads up: expect some turnover and adjust how often you use it. Customer service was helpful when I reached out, no drama. The free makeup kit looks classy. I waited for a sale to bundle — good move — and I’ll grab the Corrector V2 on promo.

Smells like a lab, not a garden

Product

a sharp, almost fertilizer‑like scent hit me, and that alone set off alarm bells. The cleanser left my face tight and a bit raw, which is the opposite of what I wanted. The serum sat tacky on the skin and didn’t sink in nicely, and the moisturiser didn’t soothe — if anything it made my redness more obvious. Small plus: packaging looked tidy and delivery was fast, so ordering itself was fine. But my doubts didn’t disappear — they were mostly confirmed. I wanted a clean, calming routine and instead felt like I’d grabbed lab formulations that didn’t suit sensitive, reactive skin. I won’t be reordering; I’d recommend taking a pass if you’re picky about scent or have reactive skin.

Unsealed bottle ruined my trust

Product

So, quick one — I’ve used this serum as part of my morning routine for years, right after the shower and before makeup, and it used to be a go-to. This time the bottle showed up with the pump already on and no safety seal. At first I thought, ah well, but then I remembered the label saying use within 12 months after opening. With no seal and the pump attached I have no idea if someone handled it or when it was actually opened. I called customer service and they told me the unit was assembled in March 2025, but I didn’t get it until the end of May 2025 — so that’s already two months shaved off the clock. That matters when you’re using something on your face every day, especially with slightly reactive skin like mine. The rep basically said a replacement would probably arrive the same way and suggested I file a complaint. No offer to refund, no clear fix, just toss it in a ticket. I still like the formula and it did work for my lines, I’ll admit that, but this experience around delivery and support makes me hesitant to reorder. I’m telling friends to hold off and I’m looking at other brands now. Hoping they sort this out — because otherwise it’s a shame.
