Quietly impressed after the free trial
Quietly impressed after the free trial
I’m glad I gave their freebies a shot — I was skeptical at first, but results were quietly convincing. I tried the trial early this year because I have thin, aging skin that still pops with breakouts if I slack on water. The Daily Moisture actually felt right — hydrating without the greasy or reactive mess. Eye-repair is a legit winner, surprised me. Retinol did speed things up, though heads up: expect some turnover and adjust how often you use it. Customer service was helpful when I reached out, no drama. The free makeup kit looks classy. I waited for a sale to bundle — good move — and I’ll grab the Corrector V2 on promo.
Good texture, poor delivery

it took over three weeks and looked like it sat in transit in freezing Alberta weather, which honestly made me nervous about the product integrity. I emailed customer support with a practical suggestion to use a temperature-controlled courier, but got a canned reply pointing me back to tracking info. That felt dismissive. Bottom line: product itself is promising and pleasant to use, but the delivery and the reply left me hesitant to buy again.
Not a total loss, but messy

CommunicationI’m relieved it didn’t stay a complete disaster, though the whole thing could’ve been handled way better. I’d been buying this cleanser for years because my skin is picky — eczema and sensitive redness, so I really needed something that behaved. Then they quietly changed the formula and my face basically protested: rash, little breakouts, and a burning feeling that wouldn’t quit. I only found out about the switch from their Facebook group — not from an email or a label note — after a bunch of people started complaining. The company popped in belatedly, said they’d do a limited run of the old formula, and promised updates. A month later they released one of the two cleansers as “limited” and a lot of folks were done and looking elsewhere; some even got banned from the group for speaking up. I emailed customer service and heard nothing. Weirdly, I did manage to grab a bottle of the old formula in that limited drop, so I’m thankful for that — it calmed my skin back down. Still, I’m left irritated by the silence and the way they handled customers. Would I recommend them blindly? No. But the product itself (old formula) did work for me, thankfully.
Tiny bottle, big relief

ServiceCanadian brand, dermatologist-led, and customer service came through when a postal strike trapped my order — they resent everything at no cost. If you’re eczema-prone, patch-test first, but honestly give this one a try. Wish they had more travel sizes, though.
Smells like a lab, not a garden
Smells like a lab, not a garden
Producta sharp, almost fertilizer‑like scent hit me, and that alone set off alarm bells. The cleanser left my face tight and a bit raw, which is the opposite of what I wanted. The serum sat tacky on the skin and didn’t sink in nicely, and the moisturiser didn’t soothe — if anything it made my redness more obvious. Small plus: packaging looked tidy and delivery was fast, so ordering itself was fine. But my doubts didn’t disappear — they were mostly confirmed. I wanted a clean, calming routine and instead felt like I’d grabbed lab formulations that didn’t suit sensitive, reactive skin. I won’t be reordering; I’d recommend taking a pass if you’re picky about scent or have reactive skin.
Unsealed bottle ruined my trust

ProductSo, quick one — I’ve used this serum as part of my morning routine for years, right after the shower and before makeup, and it used to be a go-to. This time the bottle showed up with the pump already on and no safety seal. At first I thought, ah well, but then I remembered the label saying use within 12 months after opening. With no seal and the pump attached I have no idea if someone handled it or when it was actually opened. I called customer service and they told me the unit was assembled in March 2025, but I didn’t get it until the end of May 2025 — so that’s already two months shaved off the clock. That matters when you’re using something on your face every day, especially with slightly reactive skin like mine. The rep basically said a replacement would probably arrive the same way and suggested I file a complaint. No offer to refund, no clear fix, just toss it in a ticket. I still like the formula and it did work for my lines, I’ll admit that, but this experience around delivery and support makes me hesitant to reorder. I’m telling friends to hold off and I’m looking at other brands now. Hoping they sort this out — because otherwise it’s a shame.
