Deliveryit took over three weeks and looked like it sat in transit in freezing Alberta weather, which honestly made me nervous about the product integrity. I emailed customer support with a practical suggestion to use a temperature-controlled courier, but got a canned reply pointing me back to tracking info. That felt dismissive. Bottom line: product itself is promising and pleasant to use, but the delivery and the reply left me hesitant to buy again.
