Returns & RefundsI had a really bad time dealing with the return policy for my online shopping recently. I was so annoyed to find out that they won't give refunds for jewelry bought online because of so-called "sanitary reasons." I mean, seriously? It sounds ridiculous to me that they wouldn't take back a brand new, unworn plastic necklace just because of that. And on top of that, I was even more upset to only find out about this weird policy after I had already made my purchase, instead of them telling me about it before I checked out.
