CommunicationSo I ordered some clothes online and needed to send an email because I had a question. The person in customer service just completely ghosted me. They said to go to the store, but when I went there, they said to email! A whole week went by before they finally sent another email asking me to rate how they fixed my issue. But they didn't fix anything! And then they didn't even respond to that email either! Like, come on? Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm so dissatisfied.

CommunicationI'm so annoyed with the lack of response from customer service. It's just not cool to be left hanging after asking for help. If this is how they treat their customers, then I won't be coming back.
