PriceI just bought 4 things not long ago, eh. But then, a couple of days later, 2 of those items were on sale, can you believe it? So, I phoned customer service about it, and guess what? They wouldn't give me the lower price, eh. Pretty annoying, eh? And this all happened over a long weekend too, eh. I think I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

PriceI made the mistake of assuming that the online and in-store discounts would be the same, but boy was I wrong. After buying some items online and then going into the store to return some and buy more, I found out that the discounts were different. To add to that, when I reached out to customer service about the issue, they weren't helpful at all. I felt like they were trying to confuse me! It's frustrating to hear that nothing can be changed when it's obvious that I paid too much in the store.
