My new camping gear
My new camping gear
ServiceHey folks, I picked up some camping gear from this shop recently and it was just awful. The staff there had no clue what they were on about and gave me the weirdest looks when I asked a simple question. Definitely not going back there, no chance.

ServiceI've been a longtime customer of this store for a few years now because it was where I always went to get top-of-the-line equipment. The stuff they sold was great quality, even though it was a bit pricey. Plus, the customer service used to be amazing - they always had your back, no matter if your warranty was still good or not. But lately, things have been a bit of a letdown. The staff seem kind of stuck up and not as friendly as they used to be, and the service just isn't what it used to be. It's sad to see a store that was once so awesome going downhill. From now on, I'll be shopping elsewhere, like Columbia.
Outdoor gear for camping trip
Outdoor gear for camping trip
ServiceI just bought some camping gear for my next trip at this store. They had lots of choices and I found everything I needed in one go. The staff knew their stuff and pointed me in the right direction for what I needed. Their advice made me trust my purchase even more.
Bike racks inquiry
Bike racks inquiry
ServiceI recently went to both stores in SLC to ask about bike racks. Sadly, the people working there weren't all that helpful or friendly. They seemed more interested in being cool than helping out customers like me. It was a letdown to get such a blah attitude when all I needed was a little help picking out the right product. So, I decided to bring my business elsewhere, to a store where the staff is nicer, more helpful, and really cares about customers. So long REI, hello Scheels!
