CheckoutI recently bought some camping gear online and it was not a smooth process. The items themselves are good quality, but my order was a disaster. I chose store pick-up, but when I got there, they told me there were delays and an issue with my payment. The clerk said some money had been refunded by mistake without telling me, causing a lot of confusion. They mentioned that this kind of mix-up happens too often and it doesn't look good for the company. To top it off, I got an email two days later saying the rest of my order got canceled because of "inventory changes". Now I'm in a rush to find replacements before my camping trip.
