Hiking shoes
Hiking shoes
ProductI recently bought a pair of hiking shoes from this store, and I gotta say, I was totally let down by the quality. The darn shoes fell apart after only three weeks of wearing them, and I paid a pretty penny for them too. I tried to get some help from the staff, but they were no help at all and wouldn't even hook me up with the manufacturer for extra support. As a loyal member of this coop, I was hoping for better customer service and better product quality.
High-priced sneakers
High-priced sneakers
ProductI bought some expensive sneakers from this store because they have a 1-year exchange policy. But those shoes fell apart fast - holes and worn-down treads after only half a year. When I tried to take them back, I was told no since they were already worn. I was pretty let down and annoyed because I thought shoes at that price would last longer.
Hiking gear purchase
Hiking gear purchase
ProductI've been a customer here for a long time and I'm always blown away by how great the products are. The store's own brands are awesome and sometimes even better than the more famous ones. I just bought some hiking gear online and it arrived super fast and well wrapped - I was really happy with it. And as a member, I love all the perks and discounts that you get with the co-op.
Used coat purchase
Used coat purchase
ProductI bought a second-hand coat from this shop thinking it was new. But when I got it, I was surprised to see medication, receipts, and stains all over it. I contacted the company and they confessed to selling used stuff and said sorry for not checking the pockets properly. Now I'm worried about the safety risk of unidentified pills breaking down in the pockets.
Sahara Convertible Pants
Sahara Convertible Pants
ProductI just bought the Sahara Convertible Pants from your store and I gotta say, I'm really happy with them. The way you can quickly switch them to shorts without even having to take off your shoes is super handy. They're light but also tough, so they're perfect for outdoor stuff. I haven't had any problems with them yet!
Hiking socks
Hiking socks
ProductI got myself some hiking socks from this store, thinking they'd be top-notch and last me ages. Turns out, they let me down big time by wearing out much quicker than I thought. When I went back to the store hoping for a refund or exchange like they promised, the customer service was anything but helpful. The staff couldn't care less about my problem and didn't make any effort to make things right. I'm super annoyed and disappointed by the lack of support from this store.
Jones snowboard
Jones snowboard
ProductI bought a Jones snowboard from this outdoor store the other day because I was really looking forward to hitting the slopes for some winter fun. But man, my excitement turned into a major letdown when the board's side wall gave out on only the fourth ride, and I hadn't even hit anything super hard. I tried to reach out to the store, since they're supposed to be an official Jones dealer, but they wouldn't help me get in touch with the manufacturer to deal with what I thought was a faulty product. It was so frustrating and left me super disappointed with their customer service.
Running shoes on clearance
Running shoes on clearance
ProductAs someone who isn't really big into the whole outdoorsy thing but likes to stay active by running and sometimes going on hikes, I gotta say, this store has always come through for me. Whether I'm browsing in person or online, I always manage to score some top-notch stuff. The selection is super good, and those sales? They're the cherry on top, with prices that beat out other stores. Just recently, I finally got myself a pair of running shoes that I've had my eye on for ages, and they were even on clearance. Ordering them was a breeze, and they arrived right on schedule. The shoes were in perfect condition, which is a relief when you're buying online, let me tell you. All in all, I'm one happy customer and I'll definitely be coming back for all my outdoor and fitness gear needs.
