CommunicationI'm really unhappy with the service from this company. I ordered something on March 5th, and it's now March 11th, but I still haven't got any shipping confirmation. It's been a real hassle for me and I'm disappointed that they haven't been in touch about my order. I was expecting more from a company like this, but they've let me down.

CommunicationI recently bought a Longline hooded puffer coat from an online store. I ordered it in November and got an email in December saying it was on its way. But after sending a bunch of emails in January and last week, I still haven't heard anything or gotten my money back. This lack of communication has really annoyed me and let me down. From what I've been through, I wouldn't suggest using this website.
