ServiceI just had to reach out to customer service to get a replacement for my Viper Ultimate mouse, which was almost two years old. I have to say, I was super impressed with the service I got. The rep told me they didn't have the same model in stock anymore, but offered to upgrade me to the Viper Pro V2 instead. The whole process went really smoothly and I got the new mouse pretty quickly. The customer service team was always quick to answer my questions and really helpful the whole way through. I'm really happy with the service I got and wouldn't hesitate to tell others to give them a try.

ServiceI had a terrible time with the repair service for my laptop, eh? It took a ridiculous 7 months to get my laptop fixed, and I was super frustrated, y'know? The customer support team was no help at all, just sending me the same boring responses every time, not even answering my actual questions or concerns. The laptop itself seemed like it was made cheaply, which made me even more disappointed in the whole product and customer service situation, eh?
