Returns & RefundsI had a bit of a rough time with an e-bike order recently. I ended up having to cancel it, but somehow the bike still got shipped to me. Dealing with the return process was a total pain - I had to snap a bunch of photos, wait forever for them to approve the return, and then it took ages to actually get my money back once the bike was sent back. Trying to talk to the company through their online chat was like pulling teeth, and I never felt like my issues were really addressed. All in all, it was a total headache and I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
