CommunicationMy recent bike purchase has been a real letdown from start to finish. I got two bikes back in mid-August, and just a few days later, one of them was acting up because of a faulty battery. Dealing with this problem has been a total headache. The company asked for videos and pics to prove the battery issue, but emailing them was a pain because the files were too big. I can only talk to the company through email or chat, which has been super slow and annoying. Plus, the assembly instructions that came with the bikes were confusing, and the website didn't have all the info I needed, making things even more frustrating.
