Men's bracelet purchase
The customer service was awesome when I contacted them about the broken men's bracelet I got for my nephew. They quickly sent a new one, and it arrived just in time for his birthday. I really like how well it was packaged and how much the company cares about doing good things.
Cute packaging and stickers
The packaging and stickers for my purchase were so cute! I really liked how they paid attention to the little details and added stickers. But, I was kinda bummed that it took longer than I thought for the delivery, especially since I live on the east coast. However, the overall quality of the packaging and the fact that they included stickers made up for the delay.
Subscribed to jewelry but they keep sending the same items
They keep sending me the same jewelry, even though I've complained multiple times and sent photos as proof. They won't give me a refund, just store credit. Instead of replacing the items in my subscription, they only offer me store credit. I caution you about their subscription service!
Bracelets for daughter
I just got some bracelets for my daughter and she really liked them a lot! They were super cute and the quality was really good. The delivery was surprisingly fast, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from this company again in the future.

Daisy choker order
I ordered a daisy choker but it never showed up. I didn't get any shipping confirmation so I had to keep checking the mailbox every day. When it finally arrived, all they sent was some free stickers and said they ran out of stock on the choker without telling me first. Their website had bad communication and gave me false information.
Bracelet purchase
The product was way better than I expected, it looked even nicer in person than online. But I ran into a problem with shipping that wasn't the company's fault. Luckily, their customer service team was really helpful and fixed the issue without any hassle. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.
Harper hoops replacement
I had a bummer moment when my Harper hoops broke, but the customer service team was super great and sent me a replacement right away. The new ones got to me really fast, so I could keep on rockin' my purchase.
Earrings and bracelet set
So, I bought this really nice earrings and bracelet set from an online shop not long ago. But when the package arrived, it turned out they hadn't put enough postage on it. I mean, come on, how can you mess that up? I was really looking forward to my new goodies, but I guess they didn't make it because there was a $3.14 postage shortage. When I contacted customer service to sort it out, they told me it was a common problem. Like, really? Why haven't they fixed that by now?

The relationship bracelets I ordered came really quickly and in great shape. The packaging was so nice, even nicer than I thought it would be. I got a set for me and my partner to wear as relationship bracelets, and we both really like them. They're even better than we expected in terms of how nice they look and how well they're made.
