I bought some shower stuff from this one place and it was really good, eh. Then I ordered more stuff for my Lakehouse because it was so awesome, you know. I asked if I could get some dispensing pumps and they sent them to me for free! So cool!

So I ordered some soap and cleaning stuff online and there was a bit of a mix up with what I got. But I got in touch with customer service and they fixed it really quickly! I've been buying from this store for ages and this was the first time something went wrong, so I was pretty surprised. The products are top notch and they're not too pricey either, even with the prices going up a bit. I appreciate that there's no junk added in - good for the environment and people too!

Lately, I ran into some trouble with my membership billing which was messing with my ability to get my hands on that tasty ramen I can't get enough of. Luckily, Margot, the customer service rep, was able to help me out real quick and get everything sorted. She was really understanding and got things done fast. What really impressed me was how flexible and personal her service was. Instead of just sticking to the rules, Margot showed she cared and treated me like a valued customer. It's nice to know there are actual people working at this company. Thanks to Margot, I can now go ahead and order some Spicy Ramen stress-free.

I called to cancel my subscription and had a really good experience with customer service. They gave me the choice of a discount on my next purchase or cancelling right away. I chose to cancel, and they did it quickly and nicely. It was nice to have a choice and made me feel appreciated as a customer.
