I was so happy with how quickly I got my order from your company. It actually arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. The notecards and envelopes I ordered were really nice and great quality. I loved all the unique designs on your website. Even though there was a little mix-up about the product being available, Daniel from customer service was super helpful and sorted it out right away. All in all, I'm really happy with what I bought and the great service I got from your company.

I just made a really big order from this one company, and let me tell you, when it arrived, I was so upset with how damaged everything was. Almost every item was wrecked, except for a few lucky ones that made it through. I decided to contact their customer service, and I was actually pretty surprised at how helpful they were. They got all my damaged items reordered and on their way to me within just a couple of hours. Even though it wasn't really the company's fault that the stuff got messed up in transit, they really went above and beyond to fix things. I'll definitely be giving them another shot.

I bought toothpaste and shampoo from this company not too long ago. The stuff I got was great, and I liked that they make an effort to be responsible with sourcing and packaging. But I was kinda bummed when my toothpaste showed up all messed up. Even so, the customer service was really good when I reached out about it. They fixed the problem fast and made sure it wouldn't happen again.
