Easy return process
I had a problem with my return and was a bit unsure about asking for help, but I finally decided to send a message to the customer service team on Facebook Messenger. I was really happy when Nelyn got back to me quickly and sorted out my return, giving me a full refund right away. This kind of great customer service has made me feel much better about shopping with them again. Thanks, Nelyn!
Ripped pants refund
So I ordered these super cute pants and when I tried them on, the zipper broke! Ugh, like seriously? I contacted customer service right away and they were actually really nice about it. I sent a pic of the damage and they processed a refund super quick. I mean, it only took like 2 days for everything to get sorted out. I was bummed that the pants broke, but at least they handled it well!

cute dresses
Oh my gosh, the dresses I got were adorable, but the sizes were way off! I typically wear a medium, but I had to get a large and it was still a bit snug. Thankfully, Caitlin C. from customer service was really helpful in helping me with the return process. I really hope they can sort out the sizing problem because the dresses were actually really nice quality.
