I recently bought something but it ended up being broken, which was a letdown because I was excited to use it. I contacted customer service about it. I talked to a rep named Luzviminda R, who was super nice and understanding. She gave me a good discount to make up for it and said I could get a full refund if I wanted. What really surprised me was that she said I didn't have to send back the broken thing, and I could give it to charity or try to fix it myself. I'm really thankful for Luzviminda's amazing customer service.

I had a problem with some shoes, but Rach from PLT helped me right away on Facebook. She told me to get new shoes. She was so quick and helpful, I definitely recommend PLT because of this.

Omg, I just gotta give a big ol' thank you shoutout to Jade Moron! I had a lil issue with a dress I ordered for my vacation, but Jade was so helpful and got it sorted right away.
