DeliveryI've been a loyal customer for a few years now and I've always been happy with the fast and reliable delivery service, and how easy it is to return items. But recently, I had a problem with a package from a seller. Even though the seller wasn't much help, the customer service team at the company quickly and easily sorted everything out. They took away all my worries and made sure I had a hassle-free experience.

DeliverySo, like, I had this really crappy thing happen the other day. The delivery person left my package outside in the pouring rain, and basically everything inside got all wet. I had to lay it all out to dry, and then I found out one of the things was broken. I contacted customer service, and Cyril was a total gem. Even though they didn't have the item in stock, he was super helpful. I gotta say, I really appreciate the awesome customer service and help in sorting out this whole situation.
