Returns & RefundsI ordered these really cool shoes online, eh, but they never showed up! I sent a bunch of emails asking where they were, but didn't get any answers. When I asked for my money back, they just said no. I should have checked the reviews first! Luckily, I paid with my credit card, so I'm gonna dispute this for sure, eh.

Returns & RefundsThe return process with this company was a total nightmare, eh. I sent back my item, the tracking said it was delivered, but they're saying they never got it. They wanted a photo receipt for proof, like the tracking number wasn't enough. I don't know if I'll ever see my money back from this sketchy company. Feels like I'm getting ripped off dealing with them, to be honest. Might have to report this to the authorities soon, eh.

Returns & RefundsI can't believe how cheeky this company is. I thought I was being clever by ordering based on their size chart, but boy was I wrong. The sneakers showed up way too small, and even my friend who is a size smaller couldn't squeeze into them. When I reached out to customer service to return them and get my money back, they just brushed me off and said they sent the right stuff. Can you believe that? They basically told me to deal with it and wear them or pass them off to someone else. It's just plain ridiculous!
