CheckoutI just had the worst experience shopping online. I tried to buy something three times, got confirmation emails each time, but then they cancelled all my orders. When I called customer service, they told me to make a new order at a higher price cause the sale was over. Can you believe that? This is totally ridiculous and not okay.

CheckoutThe website was a pain to use, I had trouble finding my way around and it was all glitchy. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times but they couldn't fix the issues. Then they went ahead and cancelled my order, telling me to make a new one but at full price, not the discount I originally got. It was so annoying and such a waste of my time.

I had to figure it out on my own when my order never showed up, and I saw that it was cancelled in my account.
