Even though the system inside seemed all over the place from ordering to getting my stuff, the customer service team was really great. They had some bumps along the way, but they were so helpful and eager to fix things up. It took a while and was a bit annoying, but their dedication to making things right deserves a shoutout. Overall, their honesty and sincerity made up for the early mix-ups, earning them four stars in my book.

I reached out to the company about a wind spinner I bought from a different store, and they said they couldn't help since I didn't buy it from them directly. It's so frustrating that they won't support their own product just because of where I got it. I'm pretty upset with how they handled this situation.
