ServiceI bought some interactive learning games for my kid not too long ago, but I gotta say, it's been a bit of a letdown. At first, the games were fun and kept my child engaged, so we got some more to make learning even better. But then, all the games we got just stopped working. I spent months trying to get help from customer support, but nothing fixed the problem. Even the simple letter and number games that came with the set stopped working, which was a bummer for my 6-year-old and me.
