DeliveryI ordered a case for my phone three months ago and I'm still waiting for it to be shipped. Every time I ask about the status, they give me the runaround and try to get me to cancel my order so they don't have to honor their discount code. It's been really frustrating and disappointing shopping with them.

DeliveryI can't believe how incompetent this company is. I ordered something a month ago and it still hasn't shown up. I tried emailing them but of course, no reply! My daughter's birthday passed without the gift I ordered arriving. Will it even come before Christmas? Who knows, they only seem to be good at sending annoying newsletters.
