Returns & RefundsI just bought an accessory for my daughter's iPad online, but when I got it, I realized the reflector didn't work with the device. I followed the website instructions to ask for a replacement, and they said it would be free because of a known problem. But even though they replied quickly, the replacement never came. After waiting for three weeks, they told me they only offer replacements in the USA, not the UK. This whole thing really let me down, and the reviews I saw online shared the same feelings.
