CommunicationI've been trying to get Interceptor Plus for my pet for the past two years, but I haven't had any luck. I've tried talking to my vet and the company multiple times, but it's been really frustrating. Last year, I even sent the original prescription by mail to the address they gave me. But after waiting 10 days and calling to check, they said they never got it. This whole situation has been so inefficient and the lack of communication has left me feeling really let down and unhappy with the service.
